Weiler International Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Or (WIE), is a member of Digisound group of companies. WIE specializes in design, engineering, manufacture and testing of High Reliability (Hi-Rel), Hybrid Micro Circuits(HMCs) for Aero Space applications.

These HMCs are designed and produced for electronic control systems,communication system, are capable of functioning in hostile environment of space and aircraft.

WIE makes use of Thick Film Technology with advanced manufacturing processes in substrate fabrication, die attach, wire bond and specialized packaging in metal or ceramic housings to meet Customers` electrical/mechanical, thermal and power handling needs. The facilities and infrastructure at the WIE are equipped with extensive manufacture and test capabilities in clean room environment as required for production of high reliability microcircuits. Stringent quality standards are always implemented.

WIE has qualified production line to carry out assembly and testing of PCB Modules and Sub Systems for Hi-Rel applictions. The assembly and testing shop has Clean Rooms with ESD controlled and Static Safe Workstation to eliminate ESD damage to sensitive electronic devices. Only skilled operators trained at soldering school of Indian Space Research Organization are allowed to work in this area.

Leveraging on DIGISOUND`s vast experience and knowledge base is, design and manufacture of high security electronics products for the international market, WIE has developed extensive design capabilities and experience in meeting critical specification standards.

Our technical staff is capable of providing state-of-art solutions from (concept to prototype) in electronic system design and technology software areas. Their knowledge base includes procurement and screening of class ‘s’ level components, advanced package assembly techniques for multi-chip modules and memory modules, miniature system design with hybrids and prototype evaluation and full qualification of circuits and systems, along with document and drawing prepatration.These capabilities enable us to provide 'end to end' electronic manufacturing services for Hi-Rel customers.
